1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling a meeting, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise engaging with Core Group Company LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Core Group Company LLC provides consulting services to help businesses with their Odoo ERP implementations, including but not limited to implementation support, troubleshooting, configuration guidance, and training.
All services are subject to a separate engagement agreement or statement of work, which will govern the specific terms of any paid engagement.
3. Scheduling & Appointments
When you schedule a meeting through our scheduling platform (Calendly), you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information including your name, email, and phone number
- Attend the scheduled meeting at the agreed time, or cancel/reschedule with reasonable notice
- Use the meeting for the stated purpose of discussing your Odoo implementation needs
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule meetings at our discretion with reasonable notice to you.
4. SMS Communications
By scheduling a meeting, you consent to receive SMS appointment reminders from Core Group Company LLC. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
SMS messages are sent for the sole purpose of appointment reminders and scheduling-related communications. Message frequency varies based on scheduled appointments (typically 1–3 messages per booking).
Message and data rates may apply. Core Group Company LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile carrier. Supported carriers include major US carriers. Carrier support may vary. For questions about SMS messaging, contact us at the email address below. To opt out of all SMS communications, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
5. User Conduct
When interacting with Core Group Company LLC, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or representatives
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with our systems or communications
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and methodologies provided by Core Group Company LLC during consultations or otherwise are the intellectual property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Group Company LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or communications.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
